  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@gingermoxie.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.

I purchased an item but I changed my mind, may I get a refund?

Due to the unique nature of made-to-order items, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Please read the item description completely before making your purchase. Every effort has been made to photograph and describe the item as best as possible. We do NOT offer returns or honor cancellations on personalized and made-to-order items. Please double-check size and color before ordering

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Tracking says my package was delivered, but I don't have it.

Wait. Wait it out a few days beyond the day of expected delivery. Packages can get delayed a day or so, or incorrectly scanned or sorted. It is not uncommon for a package to show up after the expected delivery date.

If you have not received your package after a few days, we will reach out to the carrier to open a claim to try to locate your package or file an insurance claim to cover the insured value of your package.

Please note that once your package is marked as DELIVERED by the carrier, we are no longer liable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please reach out to the carrier on our own for assistance.

Do you offer local pickup for online purcahses?

Yes, please place your order and choose “Local Pickup” during checkout. Only the purchaser who placed the order may pickup orders. ORDERS NOT PICKED UP AFTER 10 DAYS WILL BE RETURNED TO STOCK.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

Occasionally a shipment might get damaged in transit. If this happens we will take care of it immediately. Please follow the steps outlined HERE within 7 days of receipt.

If we shipped the incorrect item, please contact us HERE and we will send you a paid return shipping label to return the incorrect item and we will ship you a replacement.
